Shelf filing is the newest and without a doubt, the most efficient way to mange
files. Up to 60% space-saving in terms of width.
Shelf files take up much less space widthways since there are no spacerobbing
hooks or plastic tabs, like those needed for hanging or suspension folders.
Each individual Ariës folder is only 1mm thick. So each file is only as thick as its actual contents + 1mm. In contrast to hanging folders with thick plastic tabs.

This cardboard has been specially created for shelf filing and is perfectly resistant to the wear and tear typical of shelf filing.
The Orga-File range is so extensive that we may state for certain that there is always the right quality and model available.
They are available in 10 soft, easily distinguishable colours.
Storage capacity 18, 38, 45, 90 et 130 mm
LThere is a scored expansion bottom so if needed, the storage capacity can be extended (to 18 cm). Orga-File open or closed behind for a 38
mm storage capacity. Orga-File with a central fastener in manila for expansion up to 4.5 cm, or central fastener in Tyvek for expansion to 90 or 130 mm.
Double-ply tab
The Orga-File comes with a double-ply tab that is an integral part of the folder and provides extra sturdiness at the most vulnerable part of the folder. The tab is as high as the folder itself and allows the application of even the most elaborate codings. It also has grooves for precision positioning of labels.

Orga-Flex is composed of three parts: flexible heavy duty plastic tubing, U clip and compressor. It allows to add or remove documents at anytime, anywhere in the folder.
